Join us at the library as Canton Daily Ledger writer Larry Eskridge presents a series of book discussions about renegade literature. This series will focus on those works of literature which were considered “underground” or “renegade” when they were first published, but have now become major works, influencing and shaping our culture. The group will be reading such renegade authors as J.D. Salinger, Jack Kerouac and Hunter S. Thompson, among others. This series will start Thursday, February 11, 2016 and run for seven weeks. This is a free program and open to the public, but the topics discussed are of a mature nature.
